Prices

The remuneration for legal services can be contractual or non-contractual and is always proportionate to the client's requirements.

In most cases, a contract for the provision of legal services is concluded with the client and the remuneration method is part of this contract. In connection with this, the following can be agreed:

Hourly Reward

Our hourly fee varies from 2,500 CZK to 3,500 CZK  for each hour of legal work. The final amount of the reward is influenced by the complexity of the case and the client's request for speed of resolution. In connection with this fee, the client pays advances according to the lawyer's request. At the final invoicing, or any time upon request, the client receives an overview of the performed actions with an indication of the time spent.

Success Fee

This reward depends on the outcome of the dispute. This type of reward is particularly suitable for claims for damages, settlement of co-ownership and joint property of spouses. The lawyer can be awarded a fee of up to 25% of the amount that was negotiated for the client, while it is usually negotiated in the range between 10–20%.

Remuneration for Each Act of Legal Service

In some cases, usually when reviewing or drafting a contract, a flat rate can be negotiated.

Remuneration According to the Attorney's Tariff

If no contractual remuneration is negotiated according to the above, the prices of legal services are charged in accordance with the so-called attorney's tariff (No. 177/1996 Coll.) with regard to the nature of the assistance requested by the client.
